I love Rolin's descriptions. Like:

DANIEL: mid-60s, slight, no bullshit. Don't be tricked-- yeah this guy is older and actually pretty unwell, but he can fuck your shit up. Don't fuck with this dude. This man is a greyed retriever and he WILL retrieve all your secrets-- every fucking one.

LOUIS: this is the most beautifully constructed man you've ever seen and you are in love with this man even just thinking about him. His face has been carved in ebony from the gods, and even looking at him will hypnotise you with the fire in his eyes. He is Helen of Troy, the face worth going to war for.

LESTAT: Blonde. He's blonde. Well-dressed but out of step with this world. Grey eyes. Like all of us, in love with Louis at first sight. This man gets attention from others around him, but really, aside from blonde and clothes, the main point is he's on the hunt for Louis. And he's blonde.

ARMAND: Young. Holds tablet. Sits in background.

There wasn’t much publicly known about Tatum Whitman back during the height of ICARIS’ fame. Older Solaces believed they were the trainee the members often spoke of — the one let go right before the final round of evaluations for ICARIS. Saint had called them “nice” before, while Angel had said they were “one of the kindest trainees I’d met” during a roundtable where the group spoke of their pre-debut days, but neither used Tatum’s name and only called them “Mousey” — apparently because of their messy brown hair.

The image of “Tatum” the general public knows best is this: in their hometown city, covered in layers to fight off the early winter chill, with a stroller right between them and Sparky. The entire world had descended into chaos mere moments after the paparazzi shots were posted — no one could’ve ever expected at the time that any member of ICARIS would have a secret child they were keeping hidden. For hours, it was endless conspiracy theories and speculations about the person next to Sparky. People they went to school with had gone online to claim they’d been dating since high school; others had debunked this with swiftness and claimed they were simply childhood best friends and Sparky was probably only comforting Tatum about the recent death of Tatum’s older sister. Aurora Entertainment had been quiet for those hours until, almost nearing midnight, they’d released one official statement: there was nothing romantic, and it was only two old friends catching up with each other. When Sparky had gone back from their trip weeks later, they’d repeated the same thing: “Just a childhood friend; the baby is their niece.” Some have accepted that claim, but others still firmly believe Sparky is raising a child with their childhood best friend.

Tatum Whitman today is an author with a few romance books under their belt. Their most popular one is about a pop star who had gone home for the holidays and reunited with their first love. It’s a deeply complex piece of work about how humans grow and change over the years, but people rarely speak of the writing itself. What’s more important is that it is eerily similar to what the rumors said about their relationship with Sparky, which had made a few more intense fans bombard their ratings with 1 stars. When asked about it, however, Tatum clarified that it was simply fiction and that they’d gotten the idea from a student of theirs.

Unfortunately, even though Tatum is a relatively public person now as an author, Sunbound’s crew apparently could not get them to guest on the documentary. It seems that for now, the true nature of their relationship is one we can only speculate on.

5 Specialists… who are truly special! (Magazine #248)

Sky - Selfless and brave, he can assess dangers and make the best decision. Is together with: Bloom.

Brandon - He's fun and full of vitality. But sometimes he acts without thinking. Is together with: Stella.

Riven - He seems like a tough guy, but he's actually a sweet and sensitive lad. Is together with: Musa.

Helia - He has an artistic soul and stands out for his kindness. Is together with: Flora.

Timmy - He's intelligent and contemplative. He finds solutions to every problem. Is together with: Tecna.

Absolutely crashing out at that description of Riven! :D I mean, it's very accurate and definitely part of how I'd describe him if I was asked to write such a character intro for him, but the canon material usually goes for his competitiveness and stubborness first and foremost. Which are also significant parts of his character, so not exactly wrong, but I love seeing it acknowledged that Riven is a lot more emotional and sensitive than he wants to admit he is, because that's a significant part of his character, too.

Kinda love that referring to this as being about the specialists specifically gives them the perfect excuse to just completely ignore both Nabu and Nex. Are they talked about in any other context on these 20th Anniversary Winx World pages? Uh... nope. Not important enough, I guess. Sky, Brandon, Riven, Timmy and Helia are the only boys worth showcasing for the 20th anniversary and I'm here for it.

Pete:

Pete, a young businessman, perfectionist, CEO of 'Beyond Group'. After Pete and his friends successfully exposed Tony's business, Pete devoted both money and time, trying to find a way to prevent businessmen or anyone from gaining benefits from Alpha's who have special senses.

Chris:

Chris, a young researcher who specializes in the DNA structure of special alphas, looks exactly like the dead Way. He was recruited to work with Pete because of his abilities. He is a person who does not give up and is ready to fight against anything to get what he wants, except for a love he does not want to be a representive of.

Let's continue character introductions for When Yesterday Ends! Renwick Frey, the poor sap that's cursed and who eats hearts as a result. He's not really a fan of this predicament, to the point when Ambrose hastily tells him he knows curses and can fix it so he doesn't get his heart eaten, Renwick chooses to believe him.

I liked writing him a lot. I also finally got to make a pointy-eared character have expressive ears (I meant to do that with Sol from Born of Scourge but that was too hard from Sol's pov, so Renwick gets the trait instead!)

sure! :) so for those on my list:

ther and ronin i feel don't need any introduction; gluttony gods is the primer to all you need to know about them. of course, there's much more to their characters beyond glut, but i conceived angelwood as a town alongside ther and ronin, so they were the original sin, as it were.

ave is ronin's twin sister. rebellious, annoying (or at least, according to ronin), meta-ironic, chill and snarky with a bleeding heart. she's ther's second-in-command and has a pretty complicated dynamic with ronin.

whether ave is canon or not depends on the universe, but she's definitely an angelwood staple.

casia is ther's third-in-command; the best way to describe her would be a golden retriever sweetheart. she's pretty in-the-know and popular by virtue of ther, but often feels overwhelmed by the ongoings of angelwood.

mia isn't technically an angelwood girl. she breaks seashells for fun; she's been through a dozen towns and forgets each one. she arrives to angelwood like a reckoning. quiet, sweet, and quite depressed, but she tries to manage it the best she can.

sera is sweet, kind, devil-may-care, and lively. she is the "it girl" of angelwood high; if ther has the school's fear, then sera has the school's hearts. she's the life and soul of angelwood, loved by all as the pastor's daughter, but as much as she feels a part of the community, she still feels listless - like she doesn't quite belong in the town. (part of this is due to her mixed race heritage.)

estelle is the best friend of sera and is soft-spoken, stubborn, and overprotective. she's very religiously devout and involved with her church's community. but also hopelessly, desperately, pathetically in love with sera. but as "good luck babe" by chappell roan and internalised homophobia goes, she'll never admit it to herself. (at least not yet.)
