It was a reblog from your designated art blog "pernalta", a drawing of Frisk lying in the bed of golden flowers, face away from the camera, with a ray of sunshine beaming onto them diagonally. There are floating petals that somehow cast a shadow on the sunshine. The description was "just don’t forget", despite the "don't forget" photo not being in the game yet, as it was added in version 1.001, which was released in January 12th of 2016.

What is the meaning of this.

Since WD!Steven grew up around humans and not gems, did he grow up normally or did he get stunted at age 8 like canon Steven?

I know that there’s this theory in the fanom that Steven ‘officially’ stagnated at age 8 or whatever but I think it’s more likely that it was a gag for the episode and he IS aging - he’s just a late bloomer. 

WD!Steven is also physically on the smaller side. There’s several physical reasons for this: like lack of physical exercise, malnutrition and stress... but also mentally, he affects his appearance through his gem. Being smaller and more childlike was more advantageous for him in his foster family situation. He will grow taller a bit quicker than normal Steven, though.
