SO if it comes into a fight between -NRZ and jaune's parents because the later are forcefully trying to get jaune back home, how much property damage would that cause?

Maybe some minor damage to a single room. If NRZ were to seriously go up against both Lucien and Charlotte, it'd be a quick and rather one sided fight in favor of the parents. Team JNRZ would be completely outclassed against two Huntsmen level fighters at the same time.

James Ironwood, Winter Schnee, and Clover Ebi are standing around the General's office, finishing up a quick meeting discussing recent White Fang activity.

So a massive hypothetical what would the other JNRZ parents do if they learned what Felix did to flora and if they ever came across him got feeling it won’t end well should he cross whistler

I have a feeling most of the parents, if they were to recognize Felix, would take the "Observe and Report" approach, where they'll give a quick call to Flora to let her know they found him and what she wants them to do. Well except for three specific parents.

Yuanbao would arrest Felix for some made up charges so he can have sometime to figure out what he's been doing all these years and let Flora know he has her ex in custody.

Charolette would end up dragging him home with her, "Lucien dear! You'll never guess who I found knocked out on the side of the road." *holds up beaten and bruised Felix* "We should probably give Flora a call."

Then there's Whistler who I'd imagine would impulsively kidnap Felix, and single handedly drag him all the way back to Atlas and chuck him at Flora's feet like a bounty.
