Well oh okay so I was in sat class and we were doing a math problem and i shouted the answer and the teacher ignored me so i shouted it even louder and i just kept repeating myself and everyone was just looking at me and then i shouted it really really loudly the last time and then the teacher looks at me and shakes her head because my answer was wrong and i had been shouting it so loudly and i was so confident in myself and i embarrassed myself so badly it was awful pretty sure i turned purple

It's not a texture, it's a brush set. :) I'm going to make a tutorial on how to achieve that effect soon. It should be out in 1 or 2 weeks so look out for that. :D 

I'm not really sure specifically which brushes I used because I used a few combinations but it's probably one of these: [x] [x] [x]
