The difference between my friends and my partner is that when I tell my friends I picked up a random hitchhiker they experience all 5 stages of grief in under a minute and ask what the fuck I was thinking and when I tell my partner, he asks if I enjoyed my new life experience and suggests we both keep water bottles in our car in the future.

Just English. I remember learning how to count in French in kindergarten, I took one year of Latin, and two years of Spanish in high school. I envy people who speak more than one language fluently though.
