Petition to include a small Adrichat scene in S4:

Ladybug arrives at the Agreste mansion for whatever reason, some akuma sighted in the vicinity or even Gorilla getting akumatized again. Anyway, she surprises Adrien just as he was about to transform and he locks himself in the bathroom to hide. Why would he need to hide in his own home? Yeah, he didn't think that through too.

He uses the same excuse of being in the shower, hence him locked in his bathroom. He convinces Ladybug that Chat Noir is already on the scene, but she tells him she hadn't seen him anywhere and he wasn't answering her calls.

Cue Adrien panicking and making up a lie how Chat Noir is actually in the bathroom with him to "protect" him better from the akuma.

Ladybug is confused, "What? Chat Noir is in there with you? Chat Noir! I need you out here to track the akuma!"

Adrien, trying to imitate CN's voice but its actually his normal one:"Uh, yeah bug just uh- I have to stay behind and protect Adrien! I know you can do it without me!"

LB: "Are you sure? I know Adrien needs to be safe at all costs, but-!

Adrien, sweating:"Y-Yeah, don't sweat it! I'll keep him some company, you know, him and I alone, keeping each-other company." Adrien tried to emphasize how there's two individual people in the bathroom, not one pretending to be two people.

Ladybug gets the wrong message tho:" O-Oh, uh, yes, of course! You, um, you just.. keep Adrien Agreste company! Um, be safe!" And bugs out to find the akuma.

Adrien heaves a sigh of relief.

Plagg is floating in the air, staring at Adrien as if he'd grown a second head.

Adrien: "What is it, Plagg?"

Plagg: "You realize how you just convinced Ladybug that Chat Noir is keeping Adrien Agreste "company", alone, locked inside the bathroom. While you were showering."

Adrien:

This took me the better part of an hour but it was goddamn worth it. 

All this adrichat shit is really so beautiful and I love it.

You can tell that the combination of quarantine and hiatus is really taking a toll on the Miraculous fandom, because now we're shipping Adrien Agreste with Chat Noir.

With ALL the different versions of themselves.

And I'm starting to see more Marinette X Ladybug.

(Mulitmouse X Lady Noire for me personally, I GUESS!)

And the problem is, I'm wanting to see more of this stuff.

@mlwritingpromptsfor the Split-Apart AU! An akuma attack leaves Adrien and Marinette split in half between their civilian and hero selves!

Because of the Akuma’s ability, the duo of duos no longer remember that they’re the same people! 

All they know is that they feel this odd pull towards each other, and first impressions quickly lead to admiration, and that, plus the Pull, leaves Ladybug and Chat Noir infatuated with Marinette and Adrien, respectively. 

Ladybug and Chat Noir rescue Marinette and Adrien, whisk the two civilians off to their homes away from danger and... 

Ladybug is saddened to realize she could never confess her newfound feelings to Marinette, as she could never put the Brave Baker’s Daughter in danger by dating her as a Superhero; it’s not like Ladybug has a secret identity she could befriend her with! She’s Ladybug full time, always on the hunt for the next villain, always alone except for Chat Noir’ occasional assistance, if you could call him goofing off all the time assistance. She’s alone, and she always will be, because she can’t risk putting people in danger by getting too close. She’s alone, without even a family to go home to. No, the life of a super hero isn’t for Marinette, she deserves better. Ladybug zips off to the rooftops, broken heartened but determined to do what is best to make Marinette happy and safe.

Marinette, overjoyed at being so close to Ladybug, spends the rest of her afternoon humming happily as she works on some Ladybug designs, drawing little hearts all around the edges of her paper, and absentmindedly doodling little pictures of a strange red bug/mouse/thing in the margins of her sketchbook. 

She wonders where the design for the little cute creature came from, as she’s never seen it before.

Chat Noir goes all out of the flirting the second he drops Adrien off in his room-- kissing him on the knuckles when Adrien tries to shake his hand as thanks for saving him, putting one arm across Adrien’s shoulders so he can lean in and kiss him on the cheek, flirting and getting in Adrien’s personal space, even after Adrien is visibly flustered and tries to step away. Chat Noir follows his every step, sighing and calling Adrien a “stubborn Kitten.” Chat Noir finally leaves when Natalie comes up the hallway, calling for Adrien to come to dinner, but not before Chat promises a very uncomfortable Adrien, “Don’t worry Kitten, I’ll be back soon, nothing can keep us apart for long~!” 

Adrien is not a happy camper. 

Especially when he finds a mountain of stinky cheese shoved in his dressor.
