Marulupuli, the tiger form of Chedipe, a creature from the Koya tribe of Andhra Pradesh. To me, she is shredded and we interrupted her shredding to bring you this illustration. Now she might come after you :/

Rosie is Chedipe - a fearsome witch from India who could transform into a tiger, and was said to drain her victim’s blood from their toes or tear out their tongues (amongst other torments).

Baobhan Sith vs Empusa vs Estries vs Chedipe

All of them have one thing in common, they seduce men and drink their blood and may attack women to turn into one of them.

Baobhan Sith (Scottish Folklore) They are found in wilderness or isolated areas of Scottish highlands seducing men and drinking there blood. Empusa (Greek Mythology) They are found in forests of Greece and seduces and feeds on men that lurk around. Estries (Jewish Folkore) They will seduce men when they are trying to sleep and may come in wet dreams as a succubus and drink their blood. They appear naked mostly to men. Chedipe (Indian Mythology)They ride on tigers at night. When lustful men are sleeping they come to their beds naked and seduce them and will drink blood from their feet.

More character portraits for GMs to use in their upcoming campaigns! From left to right, we have: Harionago (Japan), Dullahan (Ireland), Chedipe (India), Melusine (France) and the Abada (Central Africa).

Some liberties were taken, 'natch-- the Chedipe *rides* a tiger, but I kinda' made her a were-tiger, instead. Also, the Abada is a unicorn, so I anthro'ed her up.

Symmetra as a Chedipe

If people want to portray Symmetra as a supernatural creature in an AU, I recommend the Chedipe. It's an Indian folk story and the Chedipe is both a vampire and a weretiger. You heard me - WERETIGER. (The Chedipe also is a witch!!!) And because the Chedipe is part of folklore and NOT religion, you fanfic writers and fanart artists can go crazy and do WHATEVER you want. Goodness knows supernatural creatures like the European vampire and werewolf aren't currently portrayed accurately according to the original myths. Because let's be honest - original myths tend to be a little weird. So yeah, the Chedipe is a great option for Satya in an Overwatch Supernatural!AU.
