fireplace: one of your favourite stories
favourite stories is v. vague so going w. that. i really like the story of bluebeard, especially angela carter’s telling of it and the analysis of it in ‘women who run with the wolves’.
elm: what are your dreams like?
not that interesting to anybody but me, i imagine. most of my dreams are set in fairly banal situations, usually with somebody i want to see and a couple of odd details that i puzzle over in the mornings. i think abt them a lot though, and enjoy seeing what my brain can dredge up when i’m not repressing things, consciously or unconsciously.
