Crusted salmon is a delicious and classy dish that is great for a special meal. The crunchy crust goes great with the soft and flavorful salmon, making a dish that looks great and is easy to make.
Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese. 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley. 1 tsp lemon zest. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tbsp olive oil.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Use olive oil to coat the salmon fillets. Cover the top of each fillet with the breadcrumb mixture and press it down gently to stick. On a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper, put the salmon fillets. Put it in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the salmon is cooked all the way through. Enjoy while hot!
