One of the things I love most about Lord of the Rings is that it's a story about people choosing to do the right thing simply because it is right. Like, there's nothing special about Frodo except that he decides to carry the ring. He's not particularly better equipped than any other hobbit, he's just the one who says he'll do what has to be done. And throughout the story, so many of our characters do the same.
