Goat!Marinette/Horse!Adrien Headcanons

I’m just too excited about this new AU, I really am. I do apologize, but I do hope that these headcanons are cute and that you all like them! :D

Their names are Milky Way (Goat!Mari) and Chevalier (Horse!Adrien).

This AU’s love square: Adrienette, Chevaway, Marilier, and Waydrien.

Milky Way is absolutely adorable. She’s literally Paris’ sweetheart. Literally everyone loves her. EVERYONE ships her and Chevalier.

Chevalier is established as her guardian and trusted partner and protector from the get-go. Its Milky Way’s job to purify the akuma, and its Chevalier’s job to protect Milky Way.

The disguised/camouflaged Goat Miraculous is two hair clippings that go on the sides of Marinette’s hair, and the Horse is still camouflaged as glasses.

“Adrien w/ glasses” peeps eat ya hearts out

Keeping up with the theme (I blame my buddy Nerdasaurus for getting me hooked on this), all Goat wielders can tap dance. Therefore, Marinette/Milky Way can tap dance.

The first time she does it in combat, Chevalier nearly gets a nosebleed

The first time she does it for Chevalier, he watches in awe and adoration

Don’t tell anyone but she practices in her free time. Ziggy always plays music and sings along.

Adrien is actually very good with boomerangs thanks to his horseshoes. Its become a hobby of his.

Kaalki believes Adrien is royalty and constantly tries to convince him he is. 

However, soon enough, she becomes relaxed and laid back, and just straight up loves the boy.

Like horses, Adrien is scared of being alone. You can imagine this only gets worse thanks to his lifestyle. HOWEVER, there are more study sessions with his homies and his friends, and his BEST FRIEND Marinette happens to come over often!

Milky Way purifies the akuma by way of “putting it to sleep”, if that makes any sense. She basically makes their powers dormant so that Hawk Moth can’t use them again.

Their fusion names with the Ladybug and Black Cat? Lady Capricorn and Aries Noir!

Chat Blanc - Milky Way and Chevalier Headcanons

In this AU, Chevalier (Horse!Adrien)’s akumatized identity is Dark Horse.

Kaalki laments that the beret looks awful. She insists it didn’t come from Marinette. Ziggy did a great job of hiding her distaste for it.

Bunnyx actually cries when she sees Dark Horse in her replay. Idk why but I have this angst-y headcanon that she’s really good friends with Chevalier and seeing him like this absolutely destroys her.

Like in the show, his relationship with Marinette is literally the purest thing ever. The fact that anyone would want to ruin it is just awful.

In one of the flash-forwards, Marinette and Adrien are dancing on a bridge in the moonlight like Mia and Sebastian in La La Land.

Chevalier Voyages the akuma that was going to get to Marinette into the vacuum of space, where it can never harm anyone ever again.

When they break into Hawk Moth’s lair, they’re holding hands. Chevalier is ready to Voyage the bastard to Venus (aka the most toxic planet for life)

Milky Way just wants to put him into a permanent coma (she later regrets thinking that when she sees Emilie)

When Chevalier gets akumatized, he launches a ginormous Voyage that swallows the moon and literally warps it like a million miles from Earth, taking himself with it and in the process flooding Earth.

Bunnyx uses Burrow to grab Milky Way from the past and take her to the moon where Dark Horse now lives. (let’s just say their suits allow them to breathe in space okie dokie)

Milky Way almost breaks down at the sight of her Horsey like this. He’s so sad... broken... alone. Literally, he’s all alone, a million miles away from any possible human life (of which there is probably none).

He actually says something really angsty here it is

“My Lamb... you see, up here, my tears turn into beautiful ice flakes before they ever hit the floor... I can see that you’ve noticed this with your own tears, yes?”

Milky Way is left with no choice but to fight him. It breaks her heart, but if she can’t reason with him, she needs to fight him

Eventually, she manages to reason with him long enough to find out that the akuma’s in the necklace she gave to him, so she pulls it off and is never more grateful to have purified an akuma than when she did right then.

The two share a long, beautiful hug before she has to head back to the present. 

Milky Way fixes everything and it all goes back to normal. But later that evening, she needs to meet up with her Horsey. She snuggles him and just tells him how thankful she is for him

He has no idea why she’s doing this but he ain’t complaining at all
