Ok so. I have decided that I am going to move forward full throttle vegan. Today marks the day that I am fully, all out vegan/plant based. I’m not doing keto (wasn’t sustainable for me) but I am going to eat more whole, nutritious foods. I’m tired of feeling like garbage. I’m always tired, my skin breaks out too much, I’m just not living my best quality life. I plan on doing this for the rest of my life so this is a lifestyle change and not just something I’m doing to lose weight, although that will most likely be a side effect of eating more quality food. The goal is 199lbs by November 2020. I’m currently at 270lbs. I think I can manage this. Anyway that’s all I have for now.
