A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring tender chicken breasts topped with flavorful guacamole and melted cheese. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or casual gathering with friends.
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless. 1 avocado, mashed. 1 tomato, diced. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped. 1 lime, juiced. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Monterey Jack. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to chicken breasts to season them. Put mashed avocado, diced tomato, chopped red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. This is how you make guacamole. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Chicken breasts should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side until they are done. Put the chicken breasts that have been cooked in a baking dish. Cover the tops of the chicken breasts with guacamole. On top of the guacamole, sprinkle cheese shreds. For 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles, bake in an oven that has already been heated. Enjoy while hot!
