You reminded me of spring, how some days you’d talk to me all the time, warm. And then how you would ignore me for days on end, a sudden burst of chilliness. Goosebumps on my skin.

You reminded me of summer, and how happy you made me. There was a warm feeling in my chest whenever I was around you and my god did I miss that feeling. 

Suddenly, it was winter. You were cold, and I was cold. That was it. By the time the snow thawed you had melted into someone else.
