Some of the best hot dogs

Every ingredient is bespoke except the white bread 🍞, but it can hold it's own very well. Chipotle aioli 🟠 first, diced red onion 🟣, batons of bell pepper 🫑 and a few slices of cheddar cheese 🧀.

All beef hot dogs 🌭 slathered in chipotle barbecue sauce and fried til they're just starting to be California carcinogenic. Mustard 〽️ drizzled on top and away we go.

Bacon Scallion Hash

Club sandwich sans lettuce

Triangle bread 🍞 from the food bank 🏦, chipotle aioli 🟠, crispy fried onions 🧅, and sliced tomato 🍅 with black pepper ⚫ and salt 🧂.

Cajun chicken 🍗 and bacon 🥓 with mustard 〽️ on top.

It do be missing lettuce 🥬😞 but still delicious 😋🥪.

Jalapeno bacon cheese burger

On the left bottom bun, red onion 🟣 sticks and pickled jalapeno 🫑 peppers on top of chipotle aioli 🟠 (yes I know chipotle is dried jalapeno). On the right some bacon 🥓 on yellow mustard 〽️. The bun is a bit rough, defrosted in the microwave and cut while still hot, didn't toast it I'm sorry for my burger sins.

Burger patty slathered in barbecue sauce 🟤 (I poured too much both sides, derp) on top of a bed of lettuce 🥬 with real cheddar 🧀 melted on top.

Great end to the week, no fries but I have perogies in the freezer. 🤔
