South Dakota Chislic
Trying different foods each state is "known for". This is chislic. Basically just little pieces of meat on a stick you eat with garlic salt and crackers. Usually prepared with Mutton or Lamb. We tried the mutton and veal! This dish is apparently only well known in certain parts of South Dakota and not really state wide. We had to travel out in the middle of cornfield land to find this little place, but it was super delicious and a fun treat for us. #southdakotafood #chislic #mutton #veal #middleofnowhere #travelphotography #theroadislife #travellife #travelgram #ontheroad #weirdfood #alienapeadventures #datenight #treatyoself (at Meridian Corner)
