Ugh I cringe internally knowing that Chloe Pacey is Brenton’s wife (I really like him as Dick Grayson so I’m trying really hard to seperate him as a person and as a movie character) I’m in no way to judge how a mother decides to raise their children but her opinion on anti-vaccination needs to be shut down.

It’s funny how anti-vax supporters diss and criticise modern medicine but fail to recognise that the only reason why they live long enough to have a dumb opinion is because of the advances is Science & It’s Technology. There’s a reason why mothers don’t die during childbirth as much anymore & there’s a reason why babies don’t die a few months after being born.

Compare the maternal mortality in countries where medical attention is scarce and the one you’re privileged enough to be born in.

Do responsible research. I really can’t emphasise this enough. Reading a few articles by random authors and Google search IS NOT RESEARCH.

If you really care about what’s best for your child’s wellbeing go the extra mile. Dig up scientific papers that’s been done by scientists. They have a collectively extensive research done YEARS & YEARS on the effectiveness of vaccines. People made this their lives. They commit to improving the lives of many through Science & Medicine so I urge people out there to not dismiss this just because someone told you otherwise.

And the strange thing and odd is that Brenton did a lot of sketchs about health care and that we need to trust doctors and science, most famous its the sugar one, and boom he marry (not officially but they live together and have kids so married) with an anti vaxxer that reposts white nationalists and idolizes trump

brenton comes off as the “go wherever life takes you” kind of guy. from what i see, he’s a creative (same with me). a lot of the creatives i’ve been surrounded by are very liberal and hippie-ish. im not saying he is like this but they usually tend to be about finding a middle ground and compromising when it comes to politics. then again, maybe he shares the same views.
