Ingredients:
For the Cake:
¾ cup all-purpose flour
⅓ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
4 large eggs
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk
For the Filling:
1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and milk.
Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Spread batter evenly in the pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
While warm, roll the cake in a towel and let it cool.
For the filling, whip cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Unroll the cake, spread the filling, and roll it back.
Chill before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
