why does my body just decide to nerf me with a fever every time i have a flare up?

Idk where else I could say this. I think I have either an ulcer, gerd, or ibs. Since all the covid-19 stuff has been going on, my symptoms have been worse, probably from all the stress. I've seen doctors about my issues before, but they didn't help much. Plus, I can't afford to get any more testing done. I'll probably take a nap soon since I've been feeling like crap all day.
