Chud chud chud chud

it seems like a lot of people out there are conflating "chud" with "someone I don't like."

"chud" originates in the 1984 film C.H.U.D. and stands for "Canniballistic Humanoid Underground Dweller." in the film, the chuds lived in sewers and murdered/ate the unhoused population of the city.

I mostly want people to consider whether the person they're calling a chud is just an asshole or kind of annoying, or whether they believe that that person would voluntarily murder and/or eat the poor.

to be clear, there are many people in public life who fit into the second category. I'm complaining online because the designation is diluted to the point of meaninglessness when we refer to anyone who mildly inconveniences us as a chud.
