Today's activity was something between hiking and climbing in a very special place near Valencia that every weekend receives a bunch of hikers and climbers. Of course we mean Chulilla! This place has one of the most popular hikes in the province, the Ruta de los Puentes Colgantes across Turia river and its breathtaking canyon which its walls are a winter mecca for climbers. Today we did one of the best 50 Via Ferratas in Spain, Peppoli e Pepino! It's actually a Via Cordata since there is no safety line installed, it only has some bolts along the way, so a rope and some climbing techniques are required. It is splitted in 3 pitches in its 80m. It's demanding and overhanging in the first pitch, getting easier as you climb up and with a very nice and exposed traverse before the end.
