Lately all my journal entries are circles.

we have an alter who obsessively draws circles. black on red or red on black but particularly black on red. any idea what this means? thanks

This question is difficult to answer as I don’t know what kinds of abuse you have survived.  

Circular drawing can be a symptom of spin programming occurring or alters are stuck in a loop. 

The direction of the circle is important as well.

The colors; black and red can be, duality programming. Red can mean blood, fire, sexuality, and danger.  Black, can be power, death and evil.  

Again it depends on a lot of factors.
