Noel wasn’t really sure what to do, the demons around were less active for the time being, giving him peace so he could perhaps search more thoroughly for the contract, but instead he found himself wandering aimlessly, perhaps hoping that someone else would be up so that he could socialize with someone not damned to hell for once.

“Ah-- I didn’t mean to scare you--!” Noel stammers as he watches Claire trip over herself. He immediately reaches out to help her, but when she catches herself just fine, he sighs in relief and relaxes.

“S... Stargazing, hm? That sounds lovely, Claire.” He approaches her with an embarrassed smile on his face. He’s wanted to ask her to look at the stars with him for a while, but he never had the opportunity... until now. “I’m actually a really big fan of astronomy, to be honest...” Noel mumbles as he fiddles with the cuffs of his sleeves, not really expecting her to listen.

“Lovesick loser.” Rouge snarks at him, but he ignores her. And Claire can’t sense her presence, either.

There. He was done trimming the aloe vera. All that was left was to water it. Satisfied with his job, Sirius began humming a tune-- he was completely off in his own little world. Tending to the houseplants was busy work he could lose his mind to, and he honestly found it refreshing.

In the next moment, he felt a pair of eyes watching him. Glancing up, he saw it was Claire.

“Oh, it’s just you. What is it you want now?” His inquiry was quite dismissive in tone-- it was contradictory. Sirius wasn’t a very honest person. “I’m very busy, as you can see, so make it quick, will you?”
