The classic cheeseburger is a tasty treat that has been around for a long time. This burger is a hit with everyone because it has perfectly seasoned beef patties, melted cheddar cheese, and fresh toppings.
Ingredients: 1/2 pound ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 slices of cheddar cheese. 2 hamburger buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Onion slices. Ketchup. Mustard. Pickles.
Instructions: Set your grill or skillet on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. Make two patties out of the ground beef, each one equal in size. Add salt and pepper to both sides. Grill or cook the patties for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. In the last minute of cooking, cover each patty with a piece of cheddar cheese and place it on top. This will melt the cheese. On the grill, toast the buns for one minute, or until they get a little brown. Put your burgers together: On the bottom bun, put lettuce leaves. Then, add the cooked patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, onion slices, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. The classic cheeseburger is now ready to eat. Just put the other half of the bun on top.
