Instructions: In a small saucepan, heat almond milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling. Whisk in cocoa powder until smooth. Stir in honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon if using, and sea salt. Continue to heat until hot, but not boiling, stirring occasionally. Pour into mugs and serve hot.
