I was getting really bogged down at work, and my colleague suggested we go for a walk at lunch time in the sunshine to get away from our desks. It really helped me clear my head and meant I could face the afternoon

How often do you find time to @SlowDown?

Sometimes you just need to step away and clear your head. Sometimes you need to do your best to remove all distractions and find a place where you can think and simply be.

can i be honest..?

I really do need to stop. I wonder if I do, he'll start noticing it. *le sigh*  unrequited love really makes you feel helpless, paranoid, and helpless.. and then I think to myself, why does he even mean so much to you? why do you even convince yourself that he's the one? i don't know. I don't KNOW. maybe just cause the thought of him makes you feel safe in a way. call it Wishful thinking.

dear Nica, you are confident. maybe not about him, but I'm confident that someday, someone will love you for you. flaws and all. Just because it seems like he doesn't wanna talk to you, you'll give up.  actually i know you want to give up.. but remember anything worth having is worth the wait.. taking things slow. getting to know each other. so, hold your horses, gurl. It's not like in your dreams, where you get caught up in the action.  Just saying, Heart.
