Does Mechanized Production work with clue tokens?

Yes.

When Mechanized Production’s trigger resolves, you’ll win the game if you control eight or more artifacts with the same name, no matter what the name is. It can be something like Clue tokens, or Etherium Cell tokens, or whatever. It doesn’t have to even be artifacts with the same name as the enchanted artifact.

If I sacrifice a Clue with Atog's ability, will it trigger an ability like the one of Tireless Tracker or Ulvenwald Mysteries 2nd ability?

Yep.

They don’t care WHY the clue token is being sacrificed, just that it’s being sacrificed. Since the token is being sacrificed, they trigger.

Sure, they’d probably rather that the clue was used to help solve the problems on the plane, but Atogs get hungry, you know?
