These mini brioche slider burgers are the perfect party food for a cocktail wedding. They are cute, delicious, and easy to eat while mingling with guests. The combination of juicy beef patties, melted cheddar cheese, and a tangy special sauce makes these sliders irresistible.
Ingredients: 12 mini brioche buns. 1 pound ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons ketchup. 1 tablespoon mustard. 1 cup lettuce, shredded. 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 12 small pickle slices.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 12 equal portions and shape them into mini burger patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Place the burger patties on the hot grill or griddle and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, sprinkle each patty with shredded cheddar cheese and allow it to melt. While the burgers are cooking, split the mini brioche buns and lightly toast them on the grill for about 1 minute. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to make a special sauce for the burgers. To assemble the sliders, spread the special sauce on the bottom half of each brioche bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, followed by a burger patty with melted cheese. Add diced tomatoes, sliced red onions, and a pickle slice on top of the burger. Finish by placing the top half of the brioche bun over the ingredients to create a mini slider burger. Secure each slider with a toothpick, if desired, and serve immediately.
