|| Empowered Omegas || - These golden capsules are my husband and I's favorites omega-3s. They are Dropi Cod Liver Oil from True Westfjords, Iceland. Had the pleasure to meet a passionate contributor to this company at the @bulletproof Bulletproof Conference last year, and fell in love with their product! Try it out if it calls you too ✨ - I find this virgin cod liver oil supplement very unique. They are freshly made off the harbor, in Northwest Iceland, right after local fishermen bring their daily cod catches in. Their oil is cold-processed, making it a virgin cod liver oil - rare find on the market! Vitamins A and D aren't added to the oil, as they are present as nature intended. They only add rosemary and vitamin E to preserve the delicate oil. I also love that they are encapsulated in fish gelatin! - EPA and DHA are the essential fatty acids found in fish. They are "essential" because the body doesn't produce its own, thus the reason we need to consume them. DHA is beneficial against inflammation, plays a role in protecting the nervous system, is antioxidant, and helps the brain function better.
