Edward Richtofen playing COD Zombies

Summary: You and Edward Richtofen decide to play Call Of Duty: Zombies (starting from COD: World at War). How would Edward Richtofen react to the Zombies storyline? How would he like the characters?

A/N: I’d consider this both a HC dump and a fanfiction. Will probably make a part 2.

Richtofen was skeptical at first when you first told him about the existence of Call Of Duty: Zombies.

“Eddie! Come check out this game!“ you said.

“Are you about this, love?” Edward asked. You nodded.

“I sincerely doubt this game could be any good.“ Edward stated.

“Come on! You’ll see!“ you practically begged.

“Very well, I’ll come along“ he sighed, letting out a light chuckle.

The first map you played was Nacht der Untoten in World at War.

Much to your amusement, he actually got invested in the game.

Aside from the forgettable characters in Nacht der Untoten and Verrückt, the latter was his favorite map in WaW.

Then came Shi no Numa and Der Riese. The Doctor’s 

“Ugh, I really do not like this Dempsey. I actually feel a bit embarassed for my Dempsey.“ Richtofen said, rolling his eyes. The Doctor was not a fan of the latter’s obnoxiousness.

Ultimis Nikolai was funny 

The Doctor’s favorite among the Ultimis cast was Takeo. 

Then you guys decided to get Black Ops.

“This is even better than the last game!“ he said.

The only complaints he had were those annoying ass space monkeys in Ascension.

And the further you got in the storyline, the less he like his own Ultimis Counterpart.

It wasn’t until Moon when he started to despise Ultimis Richtofen.

After finishing “Richtofen’s Grans Scheme”, you both decided to take a break to process everyting that had happened.

Richtofen stared blankly at the screen when his Ultimis counterpart revealed his true colors.

“I know I am not a saint. In fact, far from it. But he...”

“He is a monster. I am so sorry, Samantha. You deserve better.“

At first, he did not get a good first impression of the Victis crew. He thought they were too random for an ensemble. They grew on him, eventually. He liked Marlton Johnson the best, and feels extremely sorry for Samuel J. Stuhlinger.

However, he was not fully convinced that the game is about him. Not until Mob Of The Dead in Black Ops 2.

“Mein Gott. That place. The prisoners.“ 

He stared at the screen when the opening cutscene appeared. 

When you guys finished the “Pop Goes The Weasel”, things started clicking for him.

“You know, you might be on to something.“ he admitted.

“Ya think?“ you teased.

Fast forward to Origins.

The opening cutscenes began. “Shepherd Of Fire” by Avenged Sevenfold was playing.

Richtofen couldn’t believe his eyes. The Primis crew had their badass introductions. 

Tears began welling up in his eyes when he saw his father figure, Dr Maxis. 

“I’m sorry, Ludvig.“ he cried.

You wrapped your arms around him, tightly embracing him.

“You did what you did to save him, as well as that little girl. It’s not your fault.“ you reassured him, pressing your lips softly against his forehead.

“Thank you, love. I’m so grateful to have you.” he said, pressing his forehead against yours.

Richtofen helping you with your German (Modern AU)

Warnings: None

- When it came to subjects, German was never your strong suit. Your teacher at the time was not of much help either.

- Thankfully, your German best friend is more than interested in helping you. He appreciates your interest.

- It means a lot to him when you come to him when you ask for help with learning his native tongue.

- You were rather self-concious ofhow your pronunciation. Richtofen showed you some German videos and podcasts for beginners to help you get to know the German pronounciation.

- He’s always there to help you and correct you when needed. Definitely not in a condescending, nitpicky way either. 

- Whenever you have any questions, he’s got you. Richtfofen would definitely send you some memes too. 

- Nothing gets him more giddy than when you speak German to him. As stated above, it shows that you care about him.

“Wunderbar!!” he blurted out with a higher pitch than usual. 

- Watching him all giddy like that motivates you to continue improving your German. It will also help break down your language barrier as well. 

- Thanks to Richtofen’s help, your grades went up.

Cuddling with Richtofen

His main love language is physical touch, so naturally he LOVES to cuddle.

Whenever you need a hug, he’s got you. 

He would hold you tight all day every day, but only after he makes sure you are comfortable.

You both take equal turn on being the big/small spoon. He has no preference either way.

He loves it when you tell him “Gute Nacht, Liebling.”.

Primis

Primis Richtofen is a walking contradiction. He’s touch-starved, yet touch-averse. The latter because he’s just awkward and uncomfortable around strangers.

Once he fully trusts you, he just can’t get enough of your hugs.

Richtofen’s the little spoon. When you rub his back and kiss his shoulder, he just melts. He’d fall asleep intantly.

He loves it when you press your forehead against his.

Also, whenever you kiss his temples, he can’t help but to cling to you.

Horror Movie Nights with Richtofen

Modern AU

Horror is his most favorite genre of all time. Be it psychological thrillers, gore, etc. If it’s horror-related, he’s sold.

He can’t help to be fascinated by how the villains operate. He tends to mentally dissects their minds.

His favorites are Silence of the Lambs, the Saw movies and The Grudge, but is open to watch anything.

Ask him about the aforementioned movies and their main villains, and he will infodump you. You can’t help but to be in awe of how passionate he is.

Edward’s the type to facepalm whenever idiots in the movie make dumb ass decisions.

He’s not the type to jumpscare you. He hates it himself.

Whenever you’re scared, he’s there to hold you. Be it holding your hand, hugging you, etc. Anything you need.

He loves it when you give horror movies a chance. It makes him feel as though he can share something he holds dear with you.

Figured I’d make a platonic Ultimis Tankeo HC dump...

When the crew got settled, Dempsey took a liking to Takeo. He thought the latter was pretty chill, compared to the rest.

Dempsey found the samurai’s mannerisms like a breath of fresh air, given the drunken Nikolai and Richtofen being...Richtofen.

Dempsey rolls his eyes whenever the latter two called Takeo boring. He just hates it when the latter gets slandered despite having proven to be a badass as well.

At first, Takeo thought Dempsey was just like Nikolai and Richtofen. When getting to know the marine, he warmed up to him.

Takeo could always count on Dempsey having his back whenever Nikolai or Richtofen badgered or pestered him.

Whenever Dempsey was wondering what the hell Richtofen goes on about throughout their journeys, Takeo gives an easy-to-digest explanation.

If either one happens to feel ill, or otherwise not well, the other covers the watch duty.

Dempsey cuddling with his S/O

A/N: This is for my fellow Dempsey simps! Also, there are too many similarities to split bewteen Ultimis and Primis in this case.

Whenever you need a hug, his arms are wide open.

He’s very ticklish, so you may or may not tickle him to hear his laugh.

He’s cracking dad jokes half the time. What can I say? He’s a pungeon master.

He loves to spoon you. Knowing you’re safe in his arms makes him helt. He’ll shower you with kisses and praise you. He just wants you to have good things and good thingd only.

Dempsey is rather self-concious when he’s the little spoon. He’s been so used to being the protector that he’s not used to being vulnerable.

But when he feels safe with you, he can’t get enough of your embrace. Your sweet kisses. Your words of encouragement, telling him he’s doing great. How much he really means to you. He never realized how badly he needed it. 

Tears would well up in his eyes. Tears of joy. You notice and kiss his tears, his forehead and his temples.

“I’m here for you, Tank. I love you.“

“I know you are, Y/N. I love you too.“

Earth, Fire, Wind and Lightning HCs

A/N: This will have some inspiration from Avatar: The Last Airbender, given element, personality and colot tint. As well as some inspirations from the elemental staffs from Origins.

Primis or Ultimis: Primis

Dempsey would have the element of fire. He’s the biggest hothead among the squad, so no argument here. His color tint would be red.

Nikolai will have the element of lightning. Unlike his Ultimis counterpart, Nikolai is full of spark, and has shown to be a wise and intellectual individual. The color tint would be purple.

Takeo would have the element of wind. Wind is a more spiritual element, and Takeo is shown to be more in touch with his spirituality. His color tints would be yellow, orange and white.

Richtofen would have the element of earth. He’s a lot more grounded than his Ultimis counterpart and more logical too. He’s very down to earth too. The color tints would be green and brown.

Ultimis Edward Richtofen/The Legend of Korra Crossover Headcanons

Felt cute, thought I might write this cursed piece of work and make it everyone else’s problem. /joke 

By the way, I have extended my fandom and headcanon requests to include Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra, because I’ve always enjoyed both shows. 

How would Ultimis Edward Richtofen hold up in Korra’s Era in the ATLA Universe?

Ultimis Richtofen is absolutely fascinated by the spirits. Unlike the Apothicons, the spirits from the Spirit World have no intentions of entering his mind. As long as he behaves…

Would get lost in the Fog of Lost Souls. He escapes, though.

Korra gives off Ultimis Dempsey vibes, according to him. Hot-headed? Check! Likes to flex muscles? Check! Highly distrustful of the doctor while simultaneously acknowledging his abilities? Checkity check! He would never be a full on antagonist, though. The gray areas are so much more fun! It’s more likely he’ll end up as a gray zoned character who helps out the hero occasionally.

Asami considers hiring him as an engineer for Future Industries, but can’t shake off the feeling that he’s a screw loose. Given what had happened thanks to Varrick, she doesn’t go through with it. Like pretty much everyone, her guard is up around him.

He would either be best buds with Varrick or his worst (yet friendly) enemy. Either way, they admire each other’s wit, ingenuity and they both enjoy messing with people.

Everyone else: “That guy reminds me of Varrick for some reason.”

The doctor would get along surprisingly well with Bolin. The latter would remind him of his Nikolai (minus the booze), as they’re the most easy-going of their bunch. Bolin’s bubbly demeanor and easy fascination is actually endearing to Richtofen. 

Mako and Lin always keep an eye on Richtofen. Given the latter’s wild card nature, who could blame them?

Edward almost ALWAYS mistakes Tenzin for Ultimis Takeo, to the point of getting their named mixed up. The latter takes it as a compliment when he learns about the samurai.

Everyone, to Richtofen: “You might be a bastard, but thank goodness you’re not against us.“

I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again: Ultimis Richtofen is Chaos incarnate. Therefore, the villain he respects and admires the most is Zaheer. He also digs Vaatu, because again, CHAOS!

Out of all the TLoK main antagonists, Edward absolutely DETESTS Unalaq. Mainly for being such a stick in the mud, yet possessing the greatest power since the Aether. “This dull figure gets to harness such power and I don’t?! The Doctor is NOT pleased!” Would team up with Korra to defeat him, but only to better understand the connections between humans and spirits in the Avatar Universe.
