This is probably the best snowman I will ever be able to draw.
Part of my Christmas Sketch page in my sketchbook, the creatively named Icy boi will brighten up your day despite his icy demeanor. He might occasionally give you the cold shoulder, but he really is a sweetheart. He’ll be here with the rest of the snow, weather you like it or not.
I like puns more than most people, but this week my 13 and 16yo sisters have been speaking only in puns. And between them and fictional characters punning constantly I think I’m going to loose it.
Someone: calls me a snowflake.
Me: Why? Because I stayed cool during a pandemic and didn’t cry and scream that it’s not fair and endanger everyone around me? I know. I’m chill like that.

so my friend was on a six hour road trip and complained she was cold. me being the wonderful friend I am did this
me: I guess you're feeling cold now
her: I'm ignoring you now.
me: I'm sorry. I guess that joke was just a little too cold
her: I. Hate. You.
me: Your hate is ice cold. I guess you're giving me the cold shoulder.
*several hours later*
her: I'm done ignoring you
me: Guess your cold heart thawed out
her: I CANT STAND YOU
me: I guess we hit another rough patch of ice.
her: Oh. My. God.
me: Oh don't freeze up now
her: I'm sorry I've been a little icy lately...
me: Icy what you did there
her: Yeah, it just didn't freeze over me well
me: Your ice cold heart melted
her: What can I say, I was in a cold mood.
me: I'm glad you warmed up to the idea
her: There was no need to be frosty all day.
me: It was snow joking matter.
her: I hate us
me: No need to get so cold, but it is chilling to think about.
her: When will you be done with these cool puns?
me: There might be an avalanche of them, or it might just be flurries, or maybe they will snowball out of control. I'm sorry, I'll freeze rought there *I then corrected my mistake*
her: You messes up, frostbite get to you?
me: Just the tip of the iceberg
Then she gave up. Point is I'm a horrible friend to complain to.
TL;DR I made a lot of puns until she warmed up to the idea, then she couldn't take the cold.
I had this dream about Wentworth
I didn’t realize it was a dream. I thought it was real and I was so excited.
Wentworth Miller had made himself a twitter account finally and it seemed to just be him and Kathryn Prescott (the actress staring in Finding Carter) who knew about it (don’t even ask me why she knew, I have no idea). And he tweeted something about where to find Grant on there and I tweeted back ... possibly with Grants twitter handle but definitely with the message asking for video proof it was because “We’ve been burned before and it’d just be too cool.” And he totally made a cold pun, that one, as his proof.
I don’t know where the hell this dream came from but I love Wentworth more for it. Yes, I’m giving him dream brownie points.
Sometimes I wish I was as cool as those blogs with like 10,000 followers but then again me and my like 65 followers will just chill together
