First cold dip of February 2026.
I was waiting for a bit warmer weather but looks like that is not happening any time soon, so another swim in -17 °C it was.
And oh wow I wish more people knew how GOOD the freezing cold water feels.

First frost this morning. Yikes! I gotta invest in some swimming shoes because the pier was all frosty and icy and getting into water a bit difficult.
Still loving the absolute EUPHORIA of cold water swimming! :)

Because something happens inside me after those cold swims. It is almost as if my whole body wakes up…
Am I a proper winter swimmer now that it's below freezing and there's a bit of snow and ice on the ground? 😁
Cold dips have been a feature on our van travels. A wonderful addition to my day.
