Summertime cooking classes are the best! There’s no rush to be somewhere or homework to be done! Nothing but time and talent on our hands! 👩🏻🍳👏🏻 KK opted for cold salads as her lesson this month! 🥗🥔🥓🍗🌽🌶 We made a trio of tasty salads that will keep her, and her family, nourished all summer long! She made Frito Bean Salad, Bacon Potato Salad and Classic Chicken Salad! 🔪👩🏻🍳🔪👩🏻🍳🔪 We worked on knife skills again and she’s getting better each time... now if those dang kids onions would just get in that bowl!!! 🥣 It’s been a pleasure watching this young lady grow confidence in the kitchen!
