I told you yesterday that I'm an idiot for forgetting we are past the 2/3 of the championship (14/20, which is the 70% of the races done and dusted). So, it was about damn time I brought the comparison between the teammates. They are in the same order as the team's championship.
Tech3, is the most balanced team with a 53% vs. 47%, but they are not really competitive. From the competitive teams, that pleasure will go to Mooney 45% vs. 55% and Team Suzuki ECSTAR with a 43% vs. 57%.
The most unbalanced team is Yamaha, where Fabio scored 89% of all the team's point. Let's see if this dynamic will continue to be like this in the last 6 rounds.
The Happy News
The missive had been addressed to Aislinn's apartment. A somewhat finer piece of parchment within an envelope that had a bell embossed upon its front. The penmanship of the writing was noticeably more practiced. Not that Barengar's writing was messy or poor.
Aislinn,
I hope that the letter finds you well. I plan on making my way out to La Noscea in a few suns. I would like to meet with you and catch up. It has been too long and I would not have distance come between us a second time. If there is elsewhere that is ideal to meet please just let me know. Otherwise you can expect me soon.
-B.A.
Barengar's writing always had a fine way of contrasting his usual manner of speech.
The wonderful thing about the mail system of Eorzea was that letters somehow find their way to the intended recipient no matter what. So it was that Barengar’s letter, though it had a La Noscean address, arrived at Heartwood as if some unseen entity knew that a gore and viscera-coated Aislinn was about to come up the walk.
The cheerful chime of the mailbox went off as she made her way up the front steps, causing her to pause with one sticky, blood-covered hand on the door handle. Mail? For her? Something about the happy chime felt oddly discordant after tangling with an undead scalekin. This had been such a weird day. She hesitated a moment before coming back down the steps and retrieving the letter.
Her touch left bloodstains across the finely embossed envelope and thick parchment as she unfurled it, her eyes quickly scanning the words. A sudden smile, like a flash of sunlight through a forest canopy, graced her face. Ren, her brother not by blood, but where it mattered, was coming to visit.
She went to tuck the letter in her coat but halted, disgusted all over again at its state. Right. First things first. She needed to let G’lewra know to expect a few injured in the clinic. Then a shower. Two showers. Would there be enough showers in the world to scrub this smell off?
What happens when the cops have to deal with the aftermath of the damages The Girl of Steel left behind ?
