Today’s workout kinda went like this lol .. There’s not much to say about it other than I did what I could. I got my heart rate up, broke a sweat and didn’t quit and guess what, I’m completely fine with that!

Today’s workout kinda went like this lol .. There’s not much to say about it other than I did what I could. I got my heart rate up, broke a sweat and didn’t quit and guess what, I’m completely fine with that!
I have to admit, I’m pretty proud of myself for my food choices today. Usually I just graze through the day (and not on the best things) or just skip meals all together so this is definitely a step in the right direction!
Breakfast doesn’t look that good to some but I love avacado in place of mayo! Top that with some scrambled eggs (the hubs had cheese on his but I chose to skip it) and yummy!
Lunch was originally just gonna be soup but not only did the soup have more calories than I cared for but I also forgot that we had that salad mix and that shit is the BOMB!
Supper on Mondays and Tuesdays is always hard for me bc those are the nights that the mister is working late so I have to cook for one. Tonight my diner was tuna in rice with a spicy mayo and some corn with soy beans! I even put it on a small plate to trick myself into thinking it was more :)
Snacking is something I always look forward to doing but never actually do or I choose different things. As I’m writing this, I haven’t even had my snack yet lol but I know I’m gonna want that in a bit! (Carrots and hummus.. nom nom)
For those of you that care, I’m also giving you a look at the My Fitness Pal chart for today. I know it could be improved upon but I’m just focusing on calorie and portion control for now so I’m pleased :)
I worked my booty so hard today!
I won’t go into great details just yet about the new routine I’m trying but so far, I love it! I felt like I really worked every part of my body and was left feeling satisfied and actually pretty sad that it was over!
Definitely looking forward to Friday for another great workout, followed by date night with my honey <3
Oh and look! I burned so many calories that I had a lot left over tonight lol
Holy poop though.. My sodium sucked major balls ..
BUT
That’s ok, because I’m still adjusting and any step in the right direction is still progress :)
