Yes! We usually stim with rock music or other fast paced music (check out Andrey Vinogradov, he’s not well known but he plays a beautiful stringed instrument called the Hurdy-Gurdy!). We walk around and run and jump when we listen to music.

I’m extremely worried.

Matthew fell back into his old ways hard

He argued with me last night...

He came into our room saying “I’m a worthless f*gg*t”

And he kept saying that, calling himself that word.

He does this every time he has a mental breakdown, so I told him no, you’re not.

I called him honey and babe which I guess was a mistake because he got extremely mad at me and shoved me, saying, “don’t touch me, f*gg*t! Don’t you like Bernadette? If you wanna be in a relationship, go be with her!!”

I calmly explained that I used to like her (I’m Bi), but I stopped perusing it when she said she didn’t like me.

This God hasn’t done shit for him... I said this to him as well, I said “Has god ever held you while you cried? Helped bandage self harm wounds? Has He ever loved you unconditionally? Waited for days while you sorted out your feelings?”

Now he won’t talk to me, and he’s trying to “pray the gay away.”

I’m heartbroken and tired.

If he doesn’t stop hating himself soon we’re going to end up dead... I heard him say “I’m already hellbound, why not speed up the process?”

I’m trying to stay front as much as possible (which means biting the bullet and eating to keep the body well)

To make matters worse he’s talking to that Christian guy...

I’m so stressed. It was a bad plane flight too.

He won’t be happy living a lie. He was the happiest I’ve ever seen him when we were together. Before then when I still hated him he was bitter and suicidal, and now he’s back to being that way...

Parents and I got into an argument because I didn’t sound excited enough for our vacation. Now they’re talking shit about me via text.
