Posting stuff from last year again. First ever drawing of Pete and yeah… there was an attempt. Wanted to use my usual style, but I also wanted the likeness to be there as well. Decided to go with some line practice from Crack-Up (1936), y’all know the one scene where he is all wet and looks at the camera. Yeah, real live Faust reaction to that scene included as well (that’s my Chuu/Heart Attack moment). I remember struggeling really bad. I gave up with the face and ended up just tracing the face/jaw line, and just winging the rest as best I could. Added my usual lines around the eyes. Only when I added a bit more definition to the lips did I go… yeah, it’s kinda like him now. Still haven’t gotten it right and last time I did painting practice instead of lines, so uhh… one day it’ll happen.

The lines came out really nice especially on my sona. You can really tell what I have more experience drawing.
