Some of the proteins in your #muscles 💪 also get broken down and damaged.⠀ ⠀ After your workout 🏋🏻♀, your body tries to rebuild its glycogen stores and repair and regrow those muscle proteins.⠀ ⠀ Eating the ✔ right nutrients soon after you exercise can help your body get this done faster. I was stuck in sick and wanted to play with art supplies. Technical "Cospaint" paints I started doing on Dec 6th 2015 with titan: But I have actually makeuping and body-painting Years and years. Since I was a Kid I used facepaints all the time, (you can be the BEST babysitter in the world with face paints). In high school I was deep in the SFX gore makeups and for Cosplay I would paint myself such as for Gamora.
