Ancient Colossi of Egyptian Pharaoh Reemerge After Restoration

Guests at the newly-opened tomb of the great Ancient Egyptian ruler Amenhotep III can now bask in the splendor of the Colossi of Memnon.

I remember a time, lo these many years ago, when there was thought to be nothing remaining except the colossi. That was certainly wrong.

I guess many fans of both franchises or only sonic's may have noticed the similarity with the game mechanics and bosses but I think that it's not only in the sotc chapter but all the backwards trilogy that sonic has this "dimensional parallel" probably it's a canon event for different franchises to have the dark entity which I believe having an hive mind.
