The realisation that the Administrator and Miss Pauling both wear purple to symbolise that they are working with both of the Mann companies to perpetuate the war ("RED + BLU = purple").
I love simple colour theory use.
Also, good on Team Fortress 2 for keeping colour blind players in mind as far back as 2007 and choosing red and blue as the main colours (read as: colours distinct enough that players with deuteranopia, protanopia, and tritanopia can still tell the difference between team colours).

I reverse-engineered a color barcode for the episode.
A colour script allows creators to map out the colour, lighting and emotional beats of a work, allowing them to help plan out desired moods at certain points in the story.

Some of the live-action scenes are not accurate in colour because of the different way I shot the footage, but this is the overall (rough) look I’m heading towards for my film.
