Weekly Food Prep! I injured my hand the week before so I didn't cook last week. My hand is still in the process of revovery so I just made a big huge bowl of fried rice to last me the week and tomato fried egg to use up my tomatoes. I threw in everything I had into my fried rice so... it has chicken, roast pork, bbq pork, sausage, bacon pieces, asparagus, capsicums, carrots, and additionals like onions, shallots and garlic.
