Personally, I believe their suspicions were bullshit, because he wore gloves at the scene of the crime and only took them off to touch Eudora and hold her close one last time, and it’s not like they’d dust her face for prints. I saw it, you saw it, we all saw it. The DNA could’ve been planted or had already been on things in Eudora’s or Hazel and Cha-Cha’s possession that had nothing to do with the murder.

They were just looking for an excuse to lock him up and technically in an actual real life court of law if you have reasonable suspicion of someone’s involvement in a crime a warrant can be issued and they can arrest the person of interest. However, their REASON WAS BULLSHIT!!!! “Oh you two had a past together” and “oh you two had a rough relationship” yeah, Craig, they dated years ago she’d probably dated more guys since then you utter nimrod. And when had Diego killed people before?? What criminal records aside from police interference and petty assault do you have on this man??? Bitch??? Your evidence is weak and null at this point.

TL;DR the police only made excuses and had no actual valid reasoning to lock Diego up, they just wanted him gone and out of the way.
