kind of weird how bad like devices r for dissociation. like usually I'm on my computer all day and then at night I watch TV while using my phone and then I go to bed but I went to the library today and for a few hours I just read a physical book and went around touching physical things and really Feeling the world around me and used my phone like a minimal amount and I felt less Floaty than I have in years. not to sound like someone's boomer mother but literally put down the phone and go for a walk and read a book
