Makes 8 Cookies
375* oven

1 1/8 cup flour
(Decent) Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp tapioca starch
Add these in a bowl
Separately:
1/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 😉tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp butter flavor
1 large egg room temp
1/3 cup + 3 tsp melted df butter
Melt butter, let it cool. Add add to sugar, egg, vanilla, butter flavor.
Add wet to dry, mix briefly with a spatula, then add 1 egg yolk which is room temp!
Fold in: df chocolate chunks, nuts, peanut butter, df caramel, crushed Oreo, etc. *Hershey’s cookies and cream candy bar cheat in pic
Refrigerate for at least 1 hr, Up to 24 hr.

Bake in silicon molds or individual ceramic ramekins. Greasing generally not necessary.
8-10 min in preheated oven, until edges start to toast and rise up. then 1-2 min on top shelf under broiler for a brown butter top that should bubble in the middle and start to caralemize😍
