It''s gonna be a busy week at the gym. Training with a lot of bros.
Yesterday I trained with John and Jin, worked on some chest. It's been a long time since I worked out with John, definitely over a year, and I realized I've come a long way. In one year, my max bench press shot up from 160 lbs to 255 lbs. I weigh the exact same as I did a year ago, but I'm a lot leaner and a lot stronger.
Today I trained with Jin and worked back and biceps with an intense cardio circuit afterwards. I was really proud of him, because it was not an easy workout. He was giving me 200%. +10 bro points.
Tomorrow I'm planning on training with Potts and Andrea. Probably going to work shoulders and arms. I feel like I've been neglecting my shoulders quite a bit, so I'm going to hit them more often.
Friday I'm training with Marcus who is an old childhood friend. That day I think I'm going to hit chest (because it is another weak point in my physique that needs work).
Saturday I don't really have anyone to train with yet, but if anyone's interested hit me up. It will be a leg + conditioning/cardio day.
Boy...I'm tired. Good thing I'm gonna go eat at Golden Corral today. I'm hungry. And can't wait for sushi with Selin later this week. I'm still on a break from dieting, because I gotta live. There's only so long I can go on a caloric deficit.
