Birthday!Reader with Boyfriend Comic Edition
Since it was my birthday yesterday I wanted to write this, enjoy!
Comes over at an ungodly hour in the morning but comes bearing flowers snd your favorite breakfast
"Happy Birthday Y/N" he says smiling
After eating the two of you take a walk through the city stopping at all your favorite places
For lunch he packed a picnic for the park, he gives you your present there
You open the poorly wrapped gift to find a limited addition of your favorite comic and it renders you speechless
"I know it's not much but..." You cut him off with a kiss.
"I love it," you smile leaning your forehead against his. "Thank you."
Peter grins before kissing you again
He comes to your room first thing in the morning with the biggest smile on his face and holds out a small box neatly wrapped with a small bow on top. You unwrap it grinning like a child and when you see what's inside you gasp
It's the most beautiful locket you've ever seen; silver with lines of gold shaped in a heart. Inside is a picture taken of you two from your first date so many years ago. On the otherside are both of your initials inside a heart
Warmth fills your heart as you realise yet again how much you love this man
You smile up at him and he wraps you in a firm hug
"Happy birthday Y/N," he softly says then kisses your forehead
He wakes you up with kisses
"Happy birthday beautiful," he smiles as you open your eyes, you grin in response and he kisses you again
The morning is spent marathoning your favorite movies and cuddling on the couch
"Alright I have something for you," Dick smiles standing up at the end of the 4th movie. He's back a second later with a flat box wrapped in batman paper. You laugh as you open it.
Inside is the most beautiful blue dress you've ever seen with black wedges
"Wear it tonight for your second suprise," your boyfriend says softly. You can only nod before standing up and throwing your arms around him.
Two hours later you walk out of your room with your hair in a high bun and natural makeup. The blue dress fits perfectly, the second Dick sees you his eyes widen and his jaw slightly drops.
He escorts you to his car and you two drive. Before you know it youre pulling up in front of a well lit Wayne Manor. You look at him in confusion but he only grins.
When you two enter there's a chorus of happy birthdays and Dicks family comes over to greet you
From the front of the room Bruce annouces for everyone to raise their glasses to you.
After the toast you turn to your boyfriend who is watching you with a soft smile.
"You did all this for me," you breathe. He doesnt answer, doesn't have to, so you pull him into a kiss. "Thank you."
"I love you Y/N," he smiles.
"I love you too," you hold out your hands. "Dance with me?"
Dick takes them and leads you out onto the dance floor where you two spend the rest of the night.
