why does no one talk about this about the woman in the line of previous watchdogs
rachel scaring the ever-loving fuck out of vince bc no one can find her when really she went undercover/etc at some private party / she wasn’t where they agreed she’d be / what do you mean my wife’s been kidnapped -- to -- since when the fuck can you accurately shoot a gun rachel and you’re getting blood on your new heels / rachel saving vince’s ass / coming to terms with her husband’s fam’s villainous history; stomach churning at first, not because she doesn’t love him but her life just became 52563x more dangerous and what do you mean the baron and his wife are involved in human trafficking ? they’ve always been such wonderful people !!!!!
both vince and francis involved in watch dog work when they’re younger [but not ! ciel-young] and francis kicks some fucking ass / francis having phenomenal instincts while vince is the chess master : she knows to avoid this room or that corridor or that shelf of sweets because Something Feels Off and come to find out vince’s done something awful & she stifles a laugh behind one gloved hand while vince almost, miraculously, looks ‘innocent’ mid-smirk
rachel and francis talking / francis not approving of her at first because no-one-will-ever-be-good-enough-for-my-brother but also you look too Fragile to be part of this fam, if you want out i’d be more than happy to break the news to vincent / but also rachel fretting silently, barely noticeable to anyone but tanaka and francis and without asking francis knows her brother’s not ‘too ill’ to visit/some bullshit excuse but it’s something for the queen & just as silently offering support even though she’s inherently arrogant enough to have full confidence in vince (when she’s not complaining that he looks slovenly or ‘i thought you liked playing your little games’ when something unexpected happens and vince is like wtfffff)
