Reasons:

They both look up to a man that has power over people

They both have a black bestfriend (if you count Tracy as a bestfriend to Kenneth) that is a silly

They both work/ want to work in a the TV industry

They both a strange thing about them where they don’t really have the same experiences as other people around do (growing up on a farm in a REALLY weird town and autism)

The weirdest and funniest and most unexpected plot twist in the community movie would be all of the marketing himting towards a gay wedding in the final act and EVERYONE is sure that it's Troy and Abed and then. It's Jeff and Craig. I don't how or why it happens, but it has to at least be %50 sincere.
