Yesterday I looked up each individual episode to see what ones I need to skip for emetophobia so I'm gonna start watching the actual show now instead of just funny moment compilations that my brother pre-checked to make sure they didn't have any puke and if they did he would give me time stamps for skipping but I was feinding for more so I'm now gonna be able to have a lot more which is so lovely like I'm so excited to watch it‼️luckily I'm chill with blood and all of that because when it comes to emetophobia I'm fine if it's straight up blood or ectoplasm because the charlie blood capsule incident didn't bother me but one of these days I'm gonna have to do exposure therapy because I'm over it

recently started watching it's always sunny in Philadelphia moments compilations that my brother has collected that don't have any puking so I can still have a taste of the show but not worry emetophobia wise which honestly I need to get over that fear at some point because I want to watch the whole show so bad but I'm glad my brother doesn't have that fear so he can scout out some compilations for me 😔🙏 he's such a real one for that
