I would've posted way more anti-ISFF posts on my main but there was such a v o i d in the discourse tags that I felt compelled to fill that spot myself!!

Truly, I have nothing against the antishippers who have been speaking out about ISFF since the beginning! If it weren't for them I never would've known! since people STILL don’t know the difference in the BIG TWENTY FUCKING FIVE here’s the difference between a proshipper, comshipper, and darkshipper.

Proshipper- being a proshipper is basically just being anti-harassment/respecting all ships, including illegal ones/darkships.

Comshipper- comshipper stands for “complicated shipper”, so it’s complicated shipping. Mortal x immortal, toxic yaoi or yuri, enemies to lovers, non-human creatures like demigods or elf x human, etc etc. the amount of people I’ve met that are comshippers with comshippers dni in their bio pisses me off so badly.

Darkshipper- THIS is the one most people dislike. It’s basically shipping anything that would be illegal irl such as r@p3ist x victim, child X adult, incest ships, etc etc. sometimes it’s done as a coping mechanism but MOST (most)(did you catch the fact that I said most) of them time it’s a fetish.

PLEASE educate yourselves people.

i personally dont think that minors under 16 should be in the darkship/comship community unless theyre using it to cope.

especially if theyre seeking nsfw content.

witnessing nsfw content can harm their development significantly, its a dangerous slope and it can lead to them normalizing it and getting groomed, or worse

now i dont mean to say that if ur not using it to cope ur not a real proshipper, im not using it to cope i do this for fun,

but childrens minds are very impressionable, no matter how mature they think they are and i want them to stay far far away from the nsfw side of this community for their own health and safety
